Sparkling Wines
- Oxfordshire Sparkling 2017, England Made exclusively from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown in the chalk and flint soils of Oxfordshire’s Chiltern hills. This exciting wine is bottle fermented and aged using the traditional method. A vibrant and luxuriant sparkling wine with apricots and peaches on the palate, accompanied by hints of ripe orchard fruits
- Antonio Borga Extra Dry Prosecco, Italy An aromatic Prosecco, light in body with plenty of fresh pear and apple flavours. This is delightful on its own as an aperitif or perfect with canapés (VG)
- Domaine Bellevue Cremant de Loire, France A traditional Champagne method sparkling wine from the Loire Valley that uses Chenin Blanc to bring out the palate that continues the themes from our inaugural 2016 wine. A delicate, accompaniment to many different dishes and desserts
- Hundred Hills Preamble 2019, England Delicate plum and pears on the nose evolving into the rich apricots, peaches and ripe limes on the palate that continues the themes from our inaugural 2016 wine. - Champagne Mandois Brut Origine, France A fruit-forward, lightly dosed Champagne that shines as an aperitif, unveiling its full, vibrant character. Located in the Premier Cru Village of Pierry at the top of the Cotes de Blancs, Claude is passionate about sustainable and environmentally sensitive viticulture which has led to them, despite being a small family run house, being one of the larges owners of organic vineyards in Champagne

The Pays D’oc continues to produce such good value wines. This Malbec has all the hallmark dark red and black fruit flavours you would expect, but it is so well balanced its drinkable on its own, or with rich red meat dishes - Chateau Fayau, France

This Sangiovese based blend has rich black fruit aromas, with an elegant mouthfeel. The tannins are delicate and the finish long. It is a very definitive Tuscan wine that will work fantastically with tomato based dishes and rustic red meat and game - Chateau Cambon La Pelouse, France

Considered by many to be Provence’s greatest rosé. Zesty and citrusy, this elegantly combines notes of strawberry and white peach with fresh acidity and a long, pleasingly dry finish. A gorgeous wine to pair with Tuna based dishes in particular but it’s perfect for every summer occasion.
