A well-made Shiraz with a delicate balance of robust blackcurrant flavours and black pepper spice. A winner with any BBQ food (VG)
Hornhead Malbec Pays D’Oc, France
The Pays D’oc continues to produce such good value wines. This Malbec has all the hallmark dark red and black fruit flavours you would expect, but it is so well balanced its drinkable on its own, or with rich red meat dishes
Chateau Fayau, France

Sorbaiano Pian del Conte, Italy
This Sangiovese based blend has rich black fruit aromas, with an elegant mouthfeel. The tannins are delicate and the finish long. It is a very definitive Tuscan wine that will work fantastically with tomato based dishes and rustic red meat and game

Domaine Ott Cos Mireille, France
Considered by many to be Provence’s greatest rosé. Zesty and citrusy, this elegantly combines notes of strawberry and white peach with fresh acidity and a long, pleasingly dry finish. A gorgeous wine to pair with Tuna based dishes in particular but it’s perfect for every summer occasion.

This is a superb quality, ready to drink Port that does not cost anywhere near vintage Port. Full bodied and bursting with black fruit flavour
Growers Touch Semillon, Australia (Half Bottle)
A wonderful botrytis Semillon with nectarine and peach and dried mango aromas delicately balanced with hints of hazelnut and honey spice from French oak
Elysium Black Muscat, USA (Half Bottle)
Greek for heaven, Elysium is black in colour but with a floral character full of velvety fruit flavour. A perfect match for chocolate puddings
